is for parents who would like to explore mindfulness meditation with their young child in tow. We meet on Wednesday mornings from 10.30-12 during term-time, in a private home in Oxford (OX4). We share a 30-minute guided practice followed by group discussion and refreshments. The group has a set number of places and we encourage people to join for a series of 6 sessions at a time. I am pursuing training as a mindfulness teacher with Oxford Mindfulness Centre, having completed their Foundations Course. I follow the UK Good Practice Guidelines for teaching mindfulness-based courses.
